The initial process feels positive. Interviewer appear sincere. However, it soon turned into a not so pleasant experience. In total there were 5 rounds of interview. However, after all that efforts was made to attend those interviews, the company was suddenly adopting a not so friendly approach. Weeks passed after the final meeting and they made no effort to update what’s going on even after repeated requests was put in to ask for feedback. When the answer finally came, it was just a cold answer to say another candidate was picked with no specific reasons given behind the decision. Surely the candidate deserved a closer follow up and closure.
