It was a bit odd. Started with recruiter contact. Followed by a call. Then emails from the founder, and a phone screen. Then a tech interview. Then more emails. Followed by three tech screens. The interview actually had little to do with the match of the engineer. It was more to see if you could answer algorithm questions. Overall it was a very disconnected experience. There really was no time to discuss applicant questions as they were too focused on their process.
