The interview process took so long. I first heard from a recruiter, a week later did an in person audition where I joined a class, then another week to hear back. It feels like this company moves slow.

There's a "my gym persona" how can you keep that up? Considering classes are very performative and basically for the parents.
It is half an hour long. you talk a bit about your experiences with children and then may be asked to do a puppet show. They are looking for how engaging you can be. They may also ask you a lot of questions regarding specific scenarios with kids.
