Entretien
There was no interview, just a very long application process which required a video of several different scenes that I was to play out on camera. The whole process took me about 3 days to complete, since I had to not only complete the application but also plan and create all the videos. They didn't even have the respect to respond to me after I submitted everything. It's fine if you don't want to hire someone, but if they require that much prep and submission for a job, at least respond back with something; helpful feedback or a "no thank you" would suffice. Just rude, would never recommend this company to anyone.

Consisted of an initial application, then it would go into an acting tryout that you scheduled, and finally it would be a personality interview to see if you fit with the team's standards

Entretien
They ask you to do some self-tapes - I'd recommend having a reader. Make sure you're a good writer too, since you'll have to write and perform your own monologues.

In a monologue:
- describe your favorite thing (as a child character)
- pretend you're asking your boss for a raise
