Very informal. Met in a tiny office in the store. Everyone was incredibly nice. Good experience. Very standard retail interview questions. I knew at the end of the interview that I had gotten the job.
Pretty quick and painless, there was a phone screening with the HR department, followed by an interview with a store manager. I heard back the next week about the job.

Typical in person interview with store manager. Fairly quick and depends on who is interviewing you. Hr got in touch right away with the decision, and to get onboarding done.
