The interview process was very efficient, the first person I had contact with from the company was a Director who met me personally and discussed why I wanted to get into recruitment and what was driving me. After we had arranged and had that initial meeting, I was asked to also meet the CEO and the team leader for the team which they had thought about placing me on, in order to ensure I was the right fit for the company. In this interview we went into depth about what I would be doing and I learnt as much about the company and its history as they did mine. After this meeting went successfully I was asked to come in to the office to complete a presentation about the industry which I would be working in and demonstrate an understanding of what my role would include. I was told at the end of my final stage interview that I would be offered a position with Murray McIntosh, the details of which were arranged with the Recruitment Agent who set up the first interview.
