On the interview day, I was joined by two people but only one who was exchanging the conversation with me, the other was quiet most of the time. I was leading the interview and they seemed inexperienced with interviewing. According to what they said, they expect me to take care of everything and they won't get involved unless needed. (as if they don't do anything) For a newly-established division, this sounds absurd. Finally, when I asked what's the least favorite part working within the company. In a stumbled and hesitant tune, the guy was basically saying ''our new division was rubbish because it was directed by the QSs and its less rubbish now.'' I believe he didn't like the question and his assistant was a bit in disbelieve lol Wasn't intended to accept any offer even if they did. It was a red flag for me.
