I submitted my resume to their info email when I was wrapping up my last semester for master degree in the east coast. The principals gave me a phone call asking my background and when I would be available to come in person for onsite interview. After commencement, I came to the Bay Area and meet with them on first Monday of the new year. They were so kind to reimburse my reschedule fee for the flight back to school. The whole process is fast, mainly asking about what I have learnt in school and what I did in last intern. It last for around 40 mins in the late morning and I took a flight back to school in the afternoon to wait for the results. 3 days later, one principal gave me the offer and I packed everything to relocate from east to west.
