An in-person written test with a wide variety of generic Computer Science questions from OS to Databases (SQL), networks, etc. Followed immidiately by an interview with two French staff. Seems like everyone there is french other than HR which is local. I am referring to the office in Singapore by the way. Being in homogeneous organizations is not something I enjoy. Especially when you're part of the minority. However nicely you may put it, your race might be your shortcoming one day in your career. It put me off right away but I don't believe I let that show during the interview.
