Math and finance written exam, if passed, is followed by three or more interview rounds. HR ask usual HR questions, you need to show high motivation and interest in the company. In following rounds, you are interviewed by department managers and team leaders to decide which ones would like you to join their team. Expect math and/or some basic finance questions (depending on the interviewer's functional team).
