The interview process consisted in 5 interviews:
1. HR: Casual interview to stablish expectations on salary, work, why are you leaving, why Murex, English level, etc ...
2. Coworkers: A LOT of technical questions about Risk and Finance. General questions on your Resume.
3. Manager: Same as before, questions include topics such as sensitivities, Var, BSM, and different financial instruments.
4. Manager of your Manager: Same as before. Try to be specific on why murex, do research on the company, and answer questions in a client-centric way.
5. Mexico's Head of Office: If you got this far you are most likely in. This is a casual interview for the Office Manager to give final green light.
