I interviewed on the phone. The interview was a lot more behavioral than expected. A lot of questions relating to the stuff I put on my resume. Though only one person spoke, I could clearly hear that the recruiter put me on speaker and therefore it was a little hard to hear what he was saying.

I got a phone interview only a few days after applying online. They will e-mail you to ask when would be the best date and time for a phone interview. The interview itself was around 30 minutes and if you have knowledge and experience in the qualifications from the application it should be an easy interview. If you are applying for a position in Montreal they will ask you to speak French.
