J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Munich Re en nov. 2023

      Entretien

Several weeks after applying I was called for an initial interview with the hiring manager that lasted 30 minutes, It was quite standard and was mainly about seeing if my experience aligned with the job requirments. Two weeks afterwards I had a second virtualk interview with an HR representative and four underwriters (member of the team, hiring manager and her collegue, and their superior). The interview lasted 3 hours, was conducted in three languages and included a case study, to which I had one hour to prepare. This was defintely one of the worst interviews I had - the 5 interviewers were not interested to really knowing me better as a person, and how I think, but asked really difficult and specific questions both about myself and afterwards during the case study. I had a feeling that I was actually be interrogated, and that the intervoewers were doing a competition between themselves, who will ask me the toughest question, They were also switching constantly between English, German, and Spanish (none of which are my mother tongue). Eventually I also recieved the feedback that my Spanish was not good enough. I wonder way, what a joke. I would have never like to work for such a time.
