Interview process is quite different from other companies. It's more of a practical section than theory. Apply to the company by actually taking up the challenge on the website. Fill in the form and submit your application You get reply by email or call only if you pass the challenges. It takes about 24 hours for evaluation and you will be given another challenge. Complete the second challenge and you'll receive reply in 24 hours. Third round is a telephonic conversation with the senior management team, CEO is involved in this round. Final round is day long in person round, have 4 to 6 hours ready with you for this round. Multiple people will be interacting through out the day and there are 4 to 5 different practical tasks given. There is a lunch session with the team here. End of the day, a discussion will happen with the senior members. A couple of days is required to give you out the final decision.
