The hiring and interview process is normal, and is completed through communicating with a recruiter.
However, if you are desperate enough sign their ridiculous contract, they will then train you, and at the end of the training if you the "Trainee" do not cooperate with the terms of the contract, which I suggest that you read very carefully, then you will owe the company an abnormally large sum of money because they will sue you for a breach of the contract!
Overall, this company is not a good choice to go into a career with because they are shady so PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
