Firstly, we want to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected changes to your interview schedule - we understand this can be disruptive, but we also understand that unexpected events happen and we have to look out for our employees too.
Regarding your point about the DEI focus, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding during the role play. The intention and expectation of the role play task has never been to downplay the importance of DEI but rather assess your ability to align with the specific business pain points of the stakeholders in the scenario given. In this context, the pain point of our task is not DEI focused.
Lastly, we acknowledge from the start that this role involves a significant focus on pipeline generation, including cold calling. We aim to be transparent about this from the outset to ensure that candidates have a clear understanding of the role's expectations. I agree that interviews should be a two-way street, and I am sorry you left the process feeling this way.
