Long, unnecessary, expect the world, arrogance from some senior leadership. The sales team seem highly functioning but woefully lacking in empathy. I find this surprising in such a mission driven business. But the sales team seemingly don't care about what they are selling, just they want to sell. I was asked to jump through many hoops through the course of the interview process. One interview was purpossfully challenging, which is fine... but came off the interview exhausted and upset because I thought I had tanked the interview. The delay in feedback only extended this feeling of anxiety and sadness. If you are going to make your interviewees feel awful, at least give prompt feedback. Then dropped like a stone. Rubbish. It seems like growth has gone to their head, they think they are the best and if you don't go along with this... you are made to feel rubbish.
