The process was fast and very professional. It consisted of three stages: an initial screening with an external recruiter, an interview with the internal HR department, and finally a technical round with the engineering team. Communication was clear throughout the three stages, and the transition between interviews was very smooth.

Quick HR call into a "leetcode" test into a technical interview with two developers. The first HR call is not even a filter, it's just instructions for you to follow. Afterwards, the leetcode test assignment is pretty basic and doesn't really have any organizational context.

The interview process advanced at great speed and is explained quite clearly. A recruiter screening interview is followed by a Codility assessment test. The assessment test has 3 parts, the first one tends to be easy but the others are bit tricky. The third round was an interview with two Senior Engineers regarding my technical background, experience and my skills. Overall I was quite impressed with the speed of the interview process, but I did not feel comfortable joining the team. They failed to provide a proper idea of the actual responsibilities of the role, and responded with generic answers. You are given 48 hours to accept the offer, with little to no communication to aid your decision. My queries were answered very bluntly in the mails. Everyone is aware of the competitive nature of the market, but it isn't that hard to sound cheerful at least in written mails.
