They have four rounds of the interview process. Initially, the HR team will call you to learn about your career details. 1) First round will be a simple aptitude test 2) Second round will be a technical interview 3) Third round will be the machine test. They will be giving small tasks to analyze our coding skills. 4) Fourth and final round will be the HR interview The HR team helped me to get going all around of interview process and they smoothened the entire process.

The application process was very smooth and quick. I received a call from the recruiting HR within 1-2 days. The whole process took only 1-2 weeks including all the rounds.

Question 1
The initial round was a technical assessment, during which I was given an assignment that I completed within 3-4 days. After the results of the assignment were evaluated, a follow-up technical round was scheduled. During this round, the technical manager asked me a series of questions about WordPress, WordPress VIP, Javascript, and React JS.

The interview was very well planned and executed with the following rounds: 1) General HR discussion 2) Technical Round 3) Technical Assessment by creating a plugin 4) Final HR discussion

Question 1
The initial HR discussion is a general discussion wherein the HR ask about previous experiences and skill sets and then sends an email asking for a few personal details and then schedules the Technical Round. In the Technical Round, questions are purely around WordPress, Gutenberg blocks, Hooks and filters and questions and discussions about previously worked projects. In the Practical round, they will provide a simple task and ask to create a plugin around it. Normally the task will be around creating a shortcode or creating a custom Gutenberg block. The final HR round is pretty straightforward, where the final discussions around CTC and other policies will be discussed.
