Phone screen in early May, SEVEN rounds of Zoom interviews (both group and individual), then went through extreme scrutiny of my references (they rejected 4 out of the 6 contacts I provided). A final job offer was made in early July for a different job than what I applied for. The whole process betrayed a deeply dysfunctional "organization".
