Consists of two parts with the first part being a 25 minutes test on elementary mathematics and the second part asking you to translate a Chinese test to English also within the time limit of 25 minutes. Got ghosted afterwards. Honestly I don't understand why a software engineer interview asked you to travel all the way to their admiralty office and do a test completely not related to software.
