I received an email from an HR lady congratulating me for been selected to interview and asking me for my availability for an immediate interview. I was even send a calendar to add my time slots. I did this and never heard back from them. I sent 3 emails to the lady and no answer. I then reached out to a more senior person I found in the HR dept. She responded with a week's delay because she claimed to be on leave. She reassured me that she would get back to me asap. Never did! This was a customer centric role I was interviewing so imagine my surprise when i saw this organization's customer centric attitude. Horrible Service!!!!
