Phone screener reached out from their home office, most of hiring process done through them over the phone and then placed in store locations. Applied for overall region. Process felt pretty standard.

Easygoing- good questions and culture, sign on was only a back ground check, then start training which went over pet health and physiology, also had to do a trial day?

The interview process was pretty casual, though I had both the store manager and assistant manager present for my interview. They asked varying questions from my experience in customer service to any knowledge I had about caring for dogs and cats.
