There were 3 rounds. 1. Mu Apt : This was a written test which tested quantitative and reasoning skills, creativity, language and personality.One can find out about it on the company's website. 2. Video synthesis + G.D. : In video synthesis round, a 17 minute video of the CEO speaking about the belief systems of the company was shown. We had to write what inferences we drew from it. The G.D. topics for the different groups were based on the video itself,e.g, 'What are interconnected problems','Ironman vs Superman', etc. Scores from both the rounds were added and some people were eliminated based on that. In general 60% of the total candidates progressed. 3. Personal Interview : This round was easy. Basic H.R. questions were asked.Here they also ask you some questions to cross check your responses in the personality assessment in Mu Apt. P.s. If you have a great score in Mu Apt, your chances of selection are very high.

It was an average interview. there was an online test, post which there was a group discussion and then a personal interview. the interviews are different based on how experienced one is
