1. Initial call with internal recruiter 2. Call with the service heads/leads (~3 directors) 3. Exercise with presentation/feedback on work completed, as well as opportunity to meet the team and understand the culture at the company

Asked questions around how project management and teamwork style, experience to date and projects that you have worked on.
Two one-to-one calls followed by a virtual panel interview (with a presentation task to prepare). Each stage was a very positive experience, I didn't get the feeling I was being "grilled" or made to jump through hoops - the questions seemed genuinely tailored to making sure I was a good fit for the role/company and vice versa.
