1. Consultant short listed and asked me if i am intrested in HP they never tell mphasis .
2. he arranged telephone discussion with tech panel , he asked java basic,process question and about recent proejct.
3. Consultant confirmed that you have to appear F2F i/v at mphasis premises in banaglore bagmane.
4 . there was in depth discussion starting from core java to the architect for 60 minutes
5 Hr asked me to wait and then had sopokne with precatise head.
6. they got back me after 1 week and calle dme to send me offer.
Interview process is hassle free, clear and crisp, able to assess extensively on the given role, good experience. Offer release process was smooth as well, clearly explained the CTC and components

Good Simple and detailed. 2 rounds one technical and the other by Delivery Manager. The folks were nice and were having decent questions . That’s all the overall process was quick as I was immediately available.

Interview for tech arch. level was held for 2 levels, The first one was intensive discussion on design principles and architecture on Microservices and cloud.
Second one was more of a techno manager discussion.
