Everything is done via email and you have to go through 4 interviews....4 interviews for a customer service position with a 600 us dollar base and no benefits. Sometimes the interviewers don't attend the interviews because they forgot and rudely tell you "oops" then ask to reschedule. And in each interview they ask almost the same questions so you are repeating yourself.
