Interview consisted of 4 rounds with different employees/department heads, some easier to converse with than others. Overall, I left with a fairly positive feeling. The report I received later, after the panel convened to discuss the day's interviews, was that some of the interviewers were concerned because I could not adequately explain—to their satisfaction at least—my creative process. That said, I don't think it would be possible to explain the creative process to an engineer to any level of their satisfaction.
