Initial phone screen by HR, then another phone screen by the hiring manager, followed by an on-site interview. The phone screens were straightforward, verifying that I had the background for the position. The on-site interview was two separate group interviews by the systems teams, then the hiring manager again, and a wrap up with the HR manager. Everyone was very pleasant. The role combined a number of different aspects - operations, engineering, and design. It is a single person fulfilling all roles, and a team of one. The environment was described as being very chaotic, and needing a lot of clean up work. I ultimately withdrew myself from consideration, as I was unable to reconcile there being four enterprise architects, and only one network engineer position.
