Unstructured process for a couple of potential roles. Initially, three informal conversations with a director, technical lead and one of the co-founders which I felt positive about. A final interview (with the other co-founder) was more formal and challenging. I had been told this final discussion would be about package and timings - therefore I felt an offer was coming. I was severely under-prepared, and scored a few "own goals".
