J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez MoviePass en oct. 2023
Entretien
The first point of contact was via email five days after I applied. I did a Zoom interview two days later with the head of marketing and COO. The next morning I sent a follow-up email thanking them for their time and reiterating my interest in the role. The day after that they sent an email saying they'd decided to move forward with another candidate. I was a bit surprised in all honesty, because outside of one question I felt I fumbled a bit, I thought the interview went really well. The overall vibe was very positive and friendly (especially for a first interview), I was told "great question" numerous times, and at one point the COO literally said "I love you" after I talked about my experience as a MoviePass subscriber, so I thought I'd at least be asked to complete the edit test the marketing head mentioned when I asked about next steps. I replied to the rejection email to say thanks and to keep me in mind for the future, and asked if they'd be willing to share any feedback about why they didn't move forward with me. That was about a week ago and I haven't heard back.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez MoviePass (New York, NY) en juin 2018
Entretien
It took 2 months for them to make an offer. I had phone calls with several people. Everything went well but the process took a very long time which made me think they weren't sure what they were looking for.
