I emailed and submitted my resume. They then sent me an email and scheduled an interview. I met with Shruti Shaw, the Operations Director. She seemed nice, and the place at the time had a more open vibe to it. It felt more like a college dormitory tour then an interview.

-Applied via the link on the website -Received an email with invitation for open interviews on a specific day and to reply to the email if interested. -After responding to the email, was given the choice to come in 9am-11am or 3pm-5pm. -Interviewed -Received an email with job offer 5 days later; as well as, a phone call and voice-mail from warehouse manager.
