First I had a phone interview where they went over my resume and asked general questions such as why do you want to work for movati, what experiences do you have...etc., next I was scheduled for an in person interview with two managers. There I was asked more scenario based questions and what you would do for a specific situation (ex. how would you get clients, how are you with sales, how would you measure success?)
