Poor Management: My 5 interview rounds are scheduled, I had performed well on those rounds even interviewer was appreciating me. Then I had asked result of fifth round. They did not told me they said that you are put on hold they want to access few more candidates. Even HR who was communicating with me did not even update me of the result, though I had taken for 5-6 follow ups. Then she offered me lower package if I will agree then she will enforce my profile otherwise not. So this is the management, it is simply wasting of my time and does not value the potential of candidate.

2 technical rounds, the first round was about resume, every detail about the past companies, projects and basic Java, Spring, REST API question. Second round was more hands on and F2F. Has to build a simple REST API app.

Entretien
There were four rounds interview held till Now. Two were technical and two were mangerial+technical taken by Technical Architect. Interview process was smooth. Their Knowledge of Drupal was very good and if I hadn’t answered any question then they had conveyed me the Answer.
