Was a day long process. Started in the morning and finished only by midnight. Wasnt organised and there was a huge crowd for this particular Placement Drive. Had a screening Aptitude Test which was followed by a Group Discussion and an Essay Writing. After all these stages we had Technical one on one Interview and then following that an interactive HR interview. The results were declared then and there since it was a college Placement Drive.

It was a totally amazing experience. The HR was real with time management. I got into the interview room to face the product manager, interviewed me for about half-hour of technical and we're out to CTC and work hours.

I attended the pool drive held at Ernakulam.It was 1 complete day process. Started with an aptitude test following which was a GD. After GD we had an essay writing session. After the essay writing we had Tech interview. Tech interview was a bit tough.
