Initial phone interview okay. Basic questions about background and availability. Progressed to 2nd interview with managers. Asked about experience, background, goals etc. Some technical questions. I closed out interview asking about next steps. They sounded interested like a 3rd interview would be scheduled. Two months passes with no feedback, further invitations or comments from managers or recruiters. I reach out to recruiter to get status. Had to send 2 emails to get a response. Finally email is sent that they are not interested. Funny, I had 95% of requirements and managers were interested...at least at one point in time. Huge waste of time for a very interested candidate who was highly qualified.
