It was a standard interview, Know your science and why clinical research. Know about your past experiences, coursework and relate experiences to this job.
the interviewer will look at your confidence level and potential challenges that may arise with behavioral questions.
Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.

the interview process was great. takes a while to onboard. Overall the process was very straight forward. The onboarding team was very open to questions. There are a lot of things to turn in.
