I applied online and also emailed a recruiter. I was scheduled for a phone interview with a project manager first and an on-site one with 3 professors right after the phone interview. The project manager and professors are all very nice. But I didn't hear from them after in-person interview even I followed with thank you email and asking for updates.

I would say it is a very terrible interview, 1. cv talk 2 research talk 3. people do not appear just ask to finish assessments. After received it, they disappeared again.. It is so bad experience.
