Panel of IDT members, with each member from different level on a scale in reference to what each person did to provided optimal patient care. Many on spot question that required thought and detailed answers for situation that were very challenging. I overheard after being hired a discussion among management with reference to not wanting to employee people in this department that were over confident in interview as they seen this as Cocky and not a team player.

HR contacted to schedule interview. Had to call two more times that week to get HR to respond back, and got interview scheduled. Met with Manager of department, and then shadowed in department.
