Interview for the Transmission and Distribution team. Some competency based questions and some technical questions. Overall friendly interviewers and the interview did not take too long. I did not know exactly what they were looking for, but I believe that they needed someone who prefers working individually. I think that this sector is not preferred by graduates compared to over teams.

Applied online. Contacted by HR within a week to have onsite interview. Interview was 1 hour long with two senior engineers. Consisted of both behavioural and technical questions, mainly behavioural.

Followed the information provided in the pre-interview document. Very friendly. Most pleasant interview experience I have had to date. Began with introductions, followed by general questions, describe a time when etc. A few brief technical questions followed that.

Applied online and heard back about scheduling an interview fairly quickly. I enjoyed the interview a lot and was given a verbal offer at the end but was then ghosted which felt unprofessional and ultimately did not give me a positive impression of the company.
