I applied online for listed position via Mott MacDonald's recruiting website. I spoke to a recruiter about a month after applying. The was interview scheduled and I received a direct email from the recruiter. I was interviewed by one Mott MacDonald Head Engineer which was followed by a number of questions such as background and skills.

Applied online. Contacted by HR within a week to have onsite interview. Interview was 1 hour long with two senior engineers. Consisted of both behavioural and technical questions, mainly behavioural.

Followed the information provided in the pre-interview document. Very friendly. Most pleasant interview experience I have had to date. Began with introductions, followed by general questions, describe a time when etc. A few brief technical questions followed that.

Applied online and heard back about scheduling an interview fairly quickly. I enjoyed the interview a lot and was given a verbal offer at the end but was then ghosted which felt unprofessional and ultimately did not give me a positive impression of the company.
