The interview process will wholly depend on which division/sub-division you apply to. Initially the HR team/ potential line managers want to see if you're capable of giving a presentation and conducting yourself in a professional manner. Following this I experienced a relaxed 2 on 1 interview with a Project Manager and Director. The interviewers want to get to know the applicant. Learn about the company and as much about the role as you can but don't worry, they will only expect you to have a basic understanding of what will be expected of you. If you can show enthusiasm and knowledge of some current projects they're working on you will be held in high esteem.
