The recruiter lacked the necessary information or structure to conduct a truly engaging and insightful interview.
I advanced to the final stage which proved to be quite disappointing, being subsequently ghosted by the recruiter.
It is quite unethical the way recruiters are conducting the hiring process, raising concerns about the overall company culture and its lack of respect for prospective employees.
