The interview was a waste of time. The two guys didn’t have their cameras on. The recruiter sought me out for my experience. But bc of me recently working for myself and the suggestive name of my company ,.. they did not take my interview seriously. They already were biased and decided before even spkn with me.

Pretty straigthforward. A round of phone interview and then afterward if they decide to continue with the next stage, an interview with hiring manager. They ask about motivation to work in the company and some experiences in the past.
