A phone screen interview then a video interview with a director. The first interview with HR is okay, HR seems nice. However, the second interview felt awful. The director couldn't stop yawning when I was talking. I understand maybe the interviewer thought I wasn't a good fit for this position. But interviewees do need some respect

A very well-organized recruitment process. Communication was open, transparent, and clear. The entire process took about six weeks, and there were three stages of interviews. Each of them went smoothly in a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.
