Good, very thorough, organized, it was not stressful though there were 7 rounds. Every round was interesting, and I enjoyed the process. Very careful yet purposeful meetings. Considerate to arrange on back to back basis.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Motorola Solutions (Tampa, FL) en févr. 2024

Great interview experience! Felt more like a conversation than an interview. Standard behavioral questions along with some technical background questions. Interviewer was professional and easy to speak with. I would actively seek out the opportunity to apply and interview again when the right opportunity arrives.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Motorola Solutions (Los Angeles, CA) en juin 2023

Very simple question format and realistic questions that give the interviewer insight as to how you think. Presented a business case and made the final interview, but the actual hiring manager never showed up or communicated that they would not be making the final interview. Not one follow-up email, much less an apology. I ended up interviewing with someone else who was invited to the call, but didn't know what was going on since the hiring manager was supposed to host the call. I had to reach out to even see if I was still being considered, only to finally get a response almost a week later that they were reviewing other applicants. They eventually forgot to even let me know they went with another candidate almost 2 months later. Very unprofessional experience.
