An initial one-on-one 30 minute interview was held on campus and then a full day interview was held at their corporate office. The initial interview was very conversational and strictly about my resume. The full day interview was mostly networking with two more 30 minute interviews. The interviews at the office was set up with two interviewers instead of just one.

A phone call with the supervisor. Basic questions about technical skills. It was average to me because it was a sudden phone call. However, everything went smooth. And onboarding was easy.

I casually talked to a woman on the phone for about 20 minutes in which she explained the position I was applying for and asked a few basic, logistical questions. A few days later I received word that I was accepted to interview. I then had a phone interview in which a casual conversation took place before I was asked specific questions. We discussed what Motorola does and what interested me about the company. I was asked about certain things I had learned in my accounting classes at school and what type of career I was interested in.
