I had two interviewers, first with HR. The HR call was respectful and and asked regular interview questions. After that I went to technical interview. The interviewer was extremely unprofessional. Called in 20 minutes late, didn't apologized and and appeared frazzled. He had a negative, condescending, and accusatory attitude, approaching the interview. On a lot of interviews I went to, the interviewers always introduced themselves before asking questions. He just started asking technical questions without any introduction about himself, the role or the company. There were a lot of pauses, I get a sense that he didn't come prepared, he didn't have the technical questions ready. He asked few easy questions but then after a lot of pauses he started asking about Computer Science questions, which not related to the position I'm applying for. I doubt the interviewer read my resume or understand which role I'm applying to. I asked some questions but he seems to be rushed and want to end the call. I don't typically write reviews like this, but I had to vent somewhere. AgileThought won't get any good hires if the interview process is like this.
