tl;dr this was such a weird interview experience and one of the interviewers gave off super cocky, homophobic vibes, which is just NOT okay. It's 2023, let's do better. Recruiter was great and moved me to the hiring manager screen. The HM was not friendly or smiley, but it wasn't horrible. I was surprisingly moved onto the next round, which was an interview with someone on the team + a presentation. This is where it gets weird. The interviewer was over 5 minutes late for a 45 minute interview. He started off by asking if I can hear the noise downstairs and how there are too many Pride parades happening on his street. He said they're disruptive and loud and annoying- I literally did not know how to react and this made me very uncomfortable. He then said he'd give a quick overview of his role so he can ask me questions and leave 10 min at the end for me to ask questions. This guy droned on for TWENTY MINUTES about himself, the impact he's had at Motive, and all the amazing things he's done. 45-5-20-10= 10 minutes left to ask me questions. I went over my resume, he asked me one question, and then he told me it was my turn to ask questions. Extremely bizarre experience. When I asked about their competitor (who has already IPO'd and is doing well), he started talking poorly about this other company. It was very unprofessional overall. The presentation was fine, but I was so over it after this strange interview that I wanted to exit the call rather than listen to them giving me feedback. I emailed the recruiter and withdrew my candidacy.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

      - Walk me through your resume - Conflicting opinions on a team - For presentation, focus on the timeline (they were anal about that)
