There was no communication that could be called transparent. No updates after each round of interviews. Irrelevant questions from the hiring managers. Whole process took over a month. Which I suppose is normal these days.

First call w/ company recruiter, followed by 3 separate calls with individuals on the team. Everything seemed to be going well but then the recruiters stopped communicating. I am ok with not having been selected, but to be totally ghosted (I even followed up) by a recruiter and everyone I spoke with is highly unprofessional. If you interview with them, don't be surprised if your time and energy are totally disrespected with no follow-up - not even a 30-second template email saying you were not selected.
